Take time and come together to celebrate and honour the new moon cycle and set new intentions for growth, abundance and transformation. This ceremony is an opportunity to turn your focus inward for a time of reflection and to plant the seeds of intention for the next cycle. Then relax on your yoga mat and allow the sounds and vibrations of the drums, gongs, bells, bowls to wash over you, cleansing your energy and creating space for balance for your mind, body & spirit.
