About the Event

Our Mindfulness for Stress, Trauma + PTSD 4-week series is designed to gently support your nervous system, helping you move from overwhelm to calm, and from disconnection to awareness.

Through guided breathwork, mindfulness practices, and somatic techniques, you’ll learn how to regulate stress, reconnect with your body, and better understand the signals within yourself. This series offers practical tools to help you feel more grounded, present, and in control of your thoughts and emotions.

Led by mindfulness specialist Kelly Spencer, each session creates a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and restoration at your own pace.

Tuesdays for 4 weeks starting May 19
