Lauren Johnson opened Cool Convenience here in Tillsonburg in 2021 and the authentic Caribbean Cuisine she cooks is flavourful, delicious, and memorable. You will learn about the food and her cooking process while enjoying a taste of the 4 courses of Jamaican dishes, and dessert while sipping on a cold beverage.Â
Traditional music in the dining room will be the cherry-on-top to set the ultimate atmosphere of beachy-comfort (even though it's the dead of winter.)Â
