About the Event
You're invited to join us for a two-part workshop specifically designed for beginners and anyone who is interested in reviewing the essential components to a yoga practice. Session A: January 13, 20, 27 Time: 12:30 PM - 1:45 PM (75 minutes) - Introduction to breathwork - Learn the importance of props - Review basic foundation - Learn proper alignment & energy lines Session B: February 3, 10, 17 Time: 12:30 PM - 1:45 PM (75 Minutes) - Build on safe foundation and alignment - Introduction to meditation - Introduction to Sun Salutations - Journaling and self-reflection. *Please note- students do not have to Attend Session A in order to participate in Session B.* Our commitment to you is to help you feel confident in your practice, helping you to connect the body, breath, and mind. Whether you are new to yoga or familiar with the practice: our Intro to Yoga Series will help you to develop balance, strength, and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed our confused.
