Full Moon Sound Bath & Ceremony

The sacredness of the Full Moon is connected to the basic rhythms of life. Join me at INDIGO LOUNGE 264 Tillson Ave Tillsonburg ON Friday February 23rd @ 6pm and celebrate this time of completion in community. This ceremony is an opportunity to turn your focus inward and release what no longer serves. A time to set intentions and tap into the frequency of gratitude, joy and abundance. Relax on your yoga mat and allow the sounds and vibrations of the drums, gongs, chimes, bowls, voice and bells to wash over you. Cleansing your energy body. Supporting your release. Creating space for balance, healing and transformation. Sound healing is a way we can strengthen our electromagnetic core. When we strengthen our core we raise our voltage and the stronger that outer energy body becomes.

Re-tune your energy to the frequency of the Earth, your natural state. It’s from this state of Be-ing that your body can heal, relax, de-stress & rebuild.
