Yoga, Dance, Craft, and Mindfulness! With Kids Yoga Teacher and ECE Kara Thornton. This Kids Friday Night fun event is for ages 4+ Including: Yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques, breahting techniques, crafts, and games! All four weeks for $55.00 or $15.00 / class.
