In this 5 week series, you will dive deep into the Chakras: learning activities, easy yoga poses, meditation, foods, crystals, essential oils, and more for each chakra.Â
Learning about the Chakra system will assist you to recognize imbalances within yourself, and help you on your way to a life filled with more calm, ease, and joy.Â
